Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WARRANTY AND RETURN: 30 DAYS RETURN WARRANTY
We pride ourselves in our product quality and strict quality control, but to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 30 Days Return Warranty. Defective merchandise is subject to return or compensation within 30 days: poor quality materials, obvious color difference, the major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
Your right to return based on this Warranty only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged by you or not kept in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.
Return Process
If you had any problem after you received your item, please send an email to our customer service: info@dermaceuticK.com. To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please send us your order number and describe the issue and provide us with pictures that display the problem.
Once we have the complaint form back or the details, we will reply you in 24 hours on working days; Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have friendly customer service; we are always here to serve you. All you need to do is to contact us and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number.
Items should not be unpacked nor used and the label should be attached.
We will take responsibility or partially responsibility for the following defects only, within 30 days: unmerchantable materials, obvious color difference, material difference between the photographed product and the product received.
No exchange or return on promotional items or items on sale.
Under no circumstance may a product be returned or exchanged if it has been used or otherwise tampered with in recipient’s possession.

Package Returned with Defective Goods
